Low Bitrate Recording

The N4 will enter parking mode if it does not detect any movement within 5 minutes, and it will continue recording at 720P 15FPS. The length of each clip will be the same as the loop recording setting.

Low Frame Rate Recording

In this parking mode, N4 will continuously record at 1FPS (one frame per second), while the playback speed is 30FPS. Each 1-minute Time Lapse Parking Mode video represents a real-time period of 30 minutes. Please note that the camera will not record sound in this mode.

Heat Resistant with Supercapacitor

N4 is powered by a supercapacitor instead of lithium batteries, making it resilient to extreme weather conditions ranging from 14°F to 158°F. It ensures a longer lifespan compared to dash cams with lithium-ion batteries.

External GPS

With the external GPS mount, N4 dash cam can accurately log the live speed in KM/H or MP/H, as well as the location and driving route. Vantrue provides a free GPS player for you to see GPS data on your computer.

Loop Recording & G-Sensor

Powerful seamless loop recording automatically overwrites the oldest files when your SD card is full, ensuring continuous recording. The variable sensitivity G-sensor emergency locks video files following an impact (with a manually lock option available). Rest assured that you will never miss an important moment.

Excellent Customer Service & Support from Vantrue

I recently had an issue with my Vantrue N4 dash cam, where the rear camera was not being recognized. From the very beginning, Vantrue’s customer support team was responsive, patient, and committed to resolving my issue.

Throughout the troubleshooting process, they provided clear and prompt communication, guiding me through various steps to diagnose the problem. When the initial troubleshooting didn't work, they promptly sent a replacement rear camera and cable. Even after the new components didn’t resolve the issue, they continued working with me and ultimately sent a brand-new dash cam to ensure everything functioned properly.

What stood out most was their dedication to customer satisfaction—they never rushed the process and always responded professionally and helpfully. Thanks to their efforts, I now have a fully functioning dash cam, and I truly appreciate their patience and commitment.

Not quality after 2 years

I bought Vantrue pro n4 it was great three ways until 2 years its appeared to be some issues. Front camera is not working anymore. I'm not satisfied with this product for an expensive $250

It was great, until it wasn't.

I bought my camera through Amazon Prime Day Deals at a good deal. Installation was easy, but was pretty bummed to find out that it didn't come with a microSD card.
Bought a 512GB one and it worked really well for a few months. Now, all it does is power on and off over and over again. I can't update the firmware, or event get it to stay on in the car. Customer service is pretty slow with responses and just keep telling me to "update the firmware". At this point, I just want a replacement.

I've had three of these 1. 3 and a N4 they all worked great. The only problem I've had with all three is the suction bracket on all three quits working after three to five months. Extremely frustrating. No matter what you do. They just stop sticking to the windshield.
