All VANTRUE products come with full 12 months warranty. Registering your VANTRUE product on our website (vantrue.net) entitles you to an extra 6 months warranty for FREE (this give you total of 18 months of warranty).

If I bought the product from a Vantrue authorized third-party dealer, what should I do if I have issue with the product?
Please feel free to contact Vantrue official support via support@vantrue.net. We will provide the same high-quality technical assistance. If your product is ultimately determined to be defective and needs to be exchanged or refunded, please contact the dealer where you made the purchase. Our dealers will handle the exchange or refund.
If I bought the product from an unauthorized third-party dealer, what should I do if I have issue with the product?
We recommend you return the product for a refund and then purchase from an authorized dealer.

Vanture Dash Cam records and saves video of vehicle accidents. It does not, however, guarantee to record all accidents. Accidents with a light impact that is not enough to activate the impact detection sensor may not be recorded.
Does this Warranty cover any other liabilities?
VANTRUE assumes no liability for any car accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall VANTRUE be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.
